Potty training does not reveal itself in a fortnight, so give it a real run. Use these for up to 30 days. If they have not worked for your family, contact us for a refund of the purchase price.

Washed and used is fine

That is the entire point. You cannot judge training pants without putting them on a child, and we would rather you tested them properly than kept them in the packaging in case you wanted to send them back.

How to start a return

Email our support address with your order number and a line about what did not work. The second part is optional, but it is how the product gets better.

Refunds

Processed within [n] working days of approval, back to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few days longer to show it.

Exchanges

Wrong size, or a print your child has taken against, contact us within [n] days and we will swap it.

What we cannot take back
